Shipping Cost
We are delighted to offer our customers great value and service. Therefore, we provide free shipping from our warehouses using ePacket to your nearest post office. Some packages may also be small enough to fit in your mailbox. We deliver to the whole of Europe and the USA.

Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees when you shop with us. To reduce emissions, storage costs, and to offer you the best price, we ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouses, which are sometimes outside the EU. Therefore, as a consumer, you may need to pay a customs fee for your purchase, according to Swedish customs law. The customs fee varies for different goods and depends on the cost of the item and the type of item. It is usually a percentage calculated on the item including shipping and any shipping insurance. Customs will contact you via SMS or letter, so be sure to check for your notification.

Our Delivery Method to Pickup Point
Your order is usually always delivered to a post office near your delivery address. For smaller items that fit in the mailbox, the item may be delivered directly to your home. The delivery is made to your nearest [Pickup Point]. You will receive an SMS or a notification when the item is ready to be picked up. You can then pick up your item at your convenience. However, the item must normally be collected within 14 days. You will receive more information when the item is delivered to the pickup point. The item can only be collected by the person listed as the recipient. Identification will be required when collecting the item.

Change of Delivery Address
Once the item has left the warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the delivery address is correct before the order is placed and approved.

Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is approximately 9-15 working days to your nearest post office. Why do we have longer delivery times? Well, because we ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouses to reduce emissions, storage costs, and to offer you the best lowest price. Maximum delivery time - 35 working days.

Delivery Delays
You will always be informed of possible delivery delays if they occur. Causes of delivery delays include, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to solsmart.eu. If, however, a delivery delay occurs, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

Please note! solsmart.eu does not compensate for notified delivery delays. Do not book installation before you have received and checked the item.

Transport Risk
Solsmart.eu is responsible for all damages that may occur during transportation to your home. If, upon receipt, you discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, either on the product or on the packaging, please notify the shipping company immediately by noting the damage on the shipping document before acknowledging receipt.

Then report the damage directly to our customer service so that we can best assist you with the complaint. The same applies to any hidden damages found on the shipment. The damage must be reported to us within seven (7) working days of receiving the delivery. Therefore, it is important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully immediately after delivery.

If damage has occurred, you must not use the product, but you must immediately contact our customer service. It is also important that you keep the packaging so that the damage can be inspected when processing the damage report. Depending on the extent of the damage, the product will be replaced or a repairer will be sent to your home to rectify the error.

Lost Packages
Solsmart.eu is not responsible if the wrong address is entered during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you at no cost.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

My tracking number says unavailable?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 working days before tracking information is updated in the system. Contact us if your order has been made for more than five working days and there is still no information about your tracking number.

Will my products be shipped in one package?

Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase
We offer you a total of 30 days right of withdrawal and open purchase from the date you received your order. For individuals, solsmart.eu applies the Distance and Home Sales Act as well as the Consumer Purchase Act. According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the customer has the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without having to give any specific reason. When invoking the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.

The Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises contains a number of provisions that limit the right to use the right of withdrawal. solsmart.eu hereby informs you as a customer that according to § 5, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the agreement concerns: "a product that is to be manufactured or substantially changed according to the consumer's specific wishes or that otherwise will have a clear personal character". Examples of this are products that are manufactured after the order and customized according to the customer's wishes; these products are referred to as "Manufactured products" in the store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements under § 11 point 4, which concerns: "for a product that can quickly deteriorate or become too old". Thus, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a limited shelf life or that are classified as fresh goods, such as batteries.

If you as a customer wish to cancel a purchase, this must be notified to solsmart.eu within 14 days. Notification of the desired return is made via email to shop(at)solsmart.eu.

You as a customer have the right to examine the item before any return. The examination should be carried out with caution and should not be more extensive than necessary.

If the item has been handled to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its function or characteristics, solsmart.eu will charge you as a customer for the depreciation of the product. This also applies to the packaging.

Please note that the right of inspection cannot be applied to items covered by § 11 point 4 of the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. Examples of this are garden machinery, floors, and batteries. We ask you to return the item in its original packaging or equivalent. The item must also be returned complete unless otherwise agreed with solsmart.eu

When the returned item is back in solsmart.eu's warehouse, the amount of the item including any delivery costs will be refunded. However, return shipping costs are added.
