I haven't received my order confirmation?
Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any emails from us. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, and at the same time, you should receive your order confirmation and tracking number via email. Sometimes emails end up in the spam folder by mistake. If you still can't find your email, please contact us via live chat or by emailing our customer service at shop@solsmart.eu

How do I return my product?
We offer returns on all our products. Get a full refund by returning the item to us by post within 30 days of placing your order and within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and inside of the package.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only offer returns and refunds on physical products. Digital products (e-books or courses) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
